For the first time, all the applicable regulations, legislation, resources, and position papers that govern the organization were compiled in one volume. Set up in four sections with four distinctly different types of material, the challenge was to make it all flow in one book. Two-color interior design helped to do that with gradations in the bar headings and highlighting important headings in the second color.
